The publicly accessible pages of this website do not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and the personal portrait are hosted locally. Google Calendar is loaded only when you open appointment booking. Simply visiting the page does not establish a connection to the booking calendar.

The protected WordPress administration area uses technically necessary login and session cookies. These apply to people who sign in there.

Contact form, email and phone

The inquiry form collects your name, company, email address, phone number and description of your request. These details are sent to Herbert Röblreiter by email to handle your inquiry and respond personally. Emails are sent using Google’s SMTP relay service. No automatic copy is sent to the person making the inquiry. Please do not submit passwords or other access credentials through the form.

Spam protection for inquiry forms

The contact and project pages use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated form inquiries. When an inquiry form loads, your browser connects to Cloudflare. Technical data such as your IP address and browser information is processed for verification. Your name, company, contact details and message are not sent to Cloudflare as part of the Turnstile check. The website also verifies the result on the server. Handling your inquiry

When you get in touch, the data you provide is processed to handle your inquiry and continue the conversation. Depending on your request, processing is based on pre-contractual measures or a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, or on the legitimate interest in handling general inquiries under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

The data is stored only for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry or to meet statutory retention requirements.

Appointment booking with Google Calendar

The appointment booking button opens an embedded Google Calendar within this website. A connection to Google is established only when you open it. Google then receives technical connection data, in particular your IP address and browser information. Details entered for booking are processed under the service’s terms. Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.
